What kind of payment options do I have?

We appreciate your selection of this office to serve your dental needs. Our goal is to provide the best possible care for our patients to extend comprehensive care and avoid misunderstandings. We have provided a list of our payment options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cheque or cash.
We take all PPO Insurances
We are in Network with DELTA DENTAL

We have a layaway plan. You can prepay for your treatment, and when you have it paid for, we will proceed with your treatment.

Senior Citizen: We offer a Senior Citizen Discount of 10% for patients age 60 and over.

In-house savings plan: We also offer an in house savings plan, PDP (Premier Dental Plan), that covers 2 dental cleanings per Year, check up x-rays , Exam and includes 10% off dental treatment. Ask our front desk for more information.

Patients without insurance: Patients without insurance coverage are required to pay for services as rendered. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or Debit/ATM cards. We offer 5% courtesy on the prepayment of Patient-Doctor discussed treatment plans.

Preventive, Basic and Major Treatment: Payment is due the day of service.

Insured Patients: We will estimate your dental insurance benefits to the best of our knowledge. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance for you. We allow 60 days for your insurance company to pay your claim. If insurance pays less than anticipated and does not cover the estimated cost, the balance becomes the patient’s responsibility. When you receive treatment in our office you agree to be financially responsible for the entire fee.

Why does my insurance company say it will cover 100% of my costs, but they don’t?

Although insurance companies say the coverage is 100%, their “reasonable and customary” fees may be atypical for the area, based on a contracted provider, or just outdated.

I am looking for a new dentist because my insurance company has changed, and I need to find a PPO. Are you a PPO? What is a PPO or in-network provider?

We are a ppo/premier provider for Delta Dental at this time, however we do accept other insurances. A PPO is a provider who is contracted through your insurance company to accept contracted fees. If you choose a provider out of your network, you may be required to pay a higher percentage or all of your accumulated charges.
